Australian baked goods manufacturer Wholeberry Folk have launched a range of cupcake and biscuit mixes, made from spelt flour and sweetened with fruit.
Wholeberry Folk says its baking mixes use 25 per cent less guar than other leading brands.
As parents we have a moral obligation to feed our children healthy food, so when it comes to sweet treats we created an alternative, said Karen Sharman and Dom Mason, owners of Wholeberry Folk. We wanted to share the mixes with people all over the country
