Canada Bread, a manufacturer and distributor of fresh bakery products, has unveiled a new line of gluten-free loaves, Dempsters Bakery Gluten Zero.
Certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) as gluten-free, the new loaves include the Whole Grain Loaf and White Loaf.
Claimed to offer a just-out-of-the-oven great taste and moist texture, the product is available at major retailers across Ontario, Eastern Canada and Quebec under the Bon Matin brand in the fresh bakery aisle.
