British baking firm Warburtons is set to establish a 20m bakery facility in Lancashire, a move which would create 60 jobs.
The facility, which will be built next to the company's existing bakery in Billington Road, Burnley, will manufacture products such as wraps and sandwich thins. It is expected to produce an average of 5,500 products per hour.
The company has submitted a planning application to the Burnley Borough Council and expects to commence work on the project in February.
